Udexx Technology can (* Terms and Conditions apply) implement Acumatica Core Finance Modules at a CAPPED FIXED PRICE (excluding travel and accommodation costs if applicable).
The Capped Fixed Price for “Core product” Implementation will, no matter the effort required, never exceed 75% of the Year 1 Software License Subscription costs.
To qualify for the capped fixed price:
(1) customers must actively participate as per the agreed project plan and keep to the RACI framework decided,
(2) the “Core Finance” implementation must be completed in full within 45 working days (or as otherwise agreed) from date of official project kick-off and
(3) a 36 Months signed subscription agreement is a requirement.
