How we protect your Business Information
This privacy statement describes how UdexxTech collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website: www.udexx.com.
It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Udexx Technology Cloud participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. All UdexxTech Cloud Products are responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request. Information we collect and how we use it
We collect demographic and contact information, such as your name, title, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and professional association and certain firmographic company information, such as number of employees, or industry, from visitors who wish to receive information about Sage Intacct and its products and services. We use this information to provide you with information about the products and services that we provide and to send you information regarding ConsiliaTech or its partners, such as newsletters, promotions, and events.
If you no longer wish to receive these email communications you may follow the unsubscribe mechanism contained in each of the emails you receive.
Udexx Technology advocates
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a colleague about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name, email address, and phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. ConsiliaTech stores this information for tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at info@udexx.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
Service Providers
We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf, teleconference services to provide you with webinars and demos, and a hosting service provider to host and provide our content. When you sign up to receive any of these services, we will share your personal information only as necessary with the third party solely for the purpose of providing that service.
We provide the information to our trusted distribution partners who work on behalf of or with ConsiliaTech under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your information to help ConsiliaTech communicate with you about offers from ConsiliaTech and our partners.
