Software License Subscription Pricing is based on FIVE (5) related factors:

  • What applications do you want to start using now?

  • What type of license are you considering: SaaS Subscription, Private Cloud Subscription (PCS), or Private Perpetual License (PCP)?

  • What is your projected level of consumption based on the volume of your business transactions and data storage?

  • What “Line of business external Acumatica Marketplace Partner products” are required? (If any)

  • Extensibility and API requirements? (If any)

** No need for business user counts and user justifications! All users, including external and employees, are included – just create the Company Tree, import all employees and external users, and allocate the various Role permissions

Acumatica Software Pricing

Modern consumption-based pricingUnlimited users, including employee and external users (except for the small business edition)

Software subscription costs are calculated using the subscription cost of a specific Product edition, then add the monthly cost of your business specific resources level and optional add-ons.

Software subscriptions are payable annual in advance.

Software subscriptions (most common) or Traditional license options (Private cloud subscription or Private cloud perpetual) are available.

Vertically oriented bundles for Field services, Commerce, Manufacturing and Construction are available.

Deployment: Multi-tenant Acumatica cloud xRP Platform infrastructure or Private cloud (PCS or PCP) on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure.

Software runs on SQL Server and MySQL database.

Udexx Software Implementation Pricing

Udexx Technology can (* Terms and Conditions apply) implement Acumatica Core Finance Modules at a CAPPED FIXED PRICE (excluding travel and accommodation costs if applicable).

This is open for acceptance by all prospective customers.

The Capped Fixed Price for “Core product” Implementation will, no matter the effort required, never exceed 75 % of the Year 1 Software License Subscription costs.

To qualify for the capped fixed price, customers must agree to (1) actively participate as per the agreed project plan and keep to the RACI framework decided, (2) the “Core Finance” implementation must be completed in full within 45 working days (or as otherwise agreed) from date of official project kick-off and (3) a 36 Months signed subscription agreement is a requirement.

Customers also have a choice between 3 x Master Service Agreement and Service Level Agreement Options.

Horizontal Product Editions

  • Small Business Edition – 1 Entity only, 5 Named users (can upgrade to 10 named users)

  • Advanced Edition – unlimited # of users, 10 Entities included (for most Mid-Market companies who need Advanced Financials and robust ERP functionality)

  • Enterprise Edition – unlimited # of users, 20 Entities included (typically for companies with higher resource needs or more than 100 users)

  • Distribution Edition – for Wholesale and Distribution companies
  • Commerce Edition – for Internet Wholesale and Retailer companies
  • Service Management Edition – for companies who need to manage field service appointments
  • Manufacturing Edition – for companies who need to manage manufacturing processes
